HiAmigo.io enables businesses to create secure feedback links, distribute customer surveys, collect responses, and generate AI-assisted summaries, sentiment analysis, and actionable recommendations to help improve customer retention and overall customer experience.
You are responsible for the surveys you create, the individuals you invite to participate, and how you use the collected responses. You agree not to use HiAmigo.io to collect prohibited sensitive information, including but not limited to payment card information, government identification numbers, passwords, medical records, or other regulated personal data.
HiAmigo.io allows businesses to create anonymous or identified surveys. When anonymous surveys are enabled, businesses agree not to intentionally attempt to identify respondents through survey questions, external tracking, or other undisclosed methods.
HiAmigo.io may utilize third-party artificial intelligence providers to analyze survey responses and generate summaries, identify recurring themes, detect customer sentiment, and suggest potential business improvements. AI-generated insights are intended to support decision-making only and should not be relied upon as guaranteed factual conclusions. Businesses remain solely responsible for decisions made based on these insights.
HiAmigo.io may be offered through monthly or annual subscription plans. Pricing, available features, billing frequency, and cancellation terms will be displayed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable, and service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to use HiAmigo.io for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, or privacy-invasive activities. You may not use the platform to distribute spam, collect prohibited sensitive information, impersonate another business, or interfere with the security, availability, or proper operation of the service.
HiAmigo.io provides software designed to help businesses collect customer feedback and better understand customer sentiment. However, we do not guarantee that use of the platform will reduce customer churn, increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, or produce any specific business outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HiAmigo.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of HiAmigo.io following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
